This privacy policy explains how IMRE Software ("we", "us") handles data in the My Claude desktop application and on the myclaude.app marketing website. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable privacy laws.

Data controller

Desktop application - data storage

All data collected and generated by the My Claude desktop application is stored locally on your computer in a SQLite database. Nothing is sent to external servers.

  • All usage data is stored locally on your machine
  • Data is kept in a local SQLite database you fully control
  • No cloud storage, no remote databases, no sync services

Desktop application - no telemetry

The My Claude desktop application does not collect analytics, usage telemetry, crash reports, or any other data about how you use the app. There are no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, and no phone-home behavior.

Anthropic API connection

My Claude connects to the Anthropic API to fetch your usage data. This connection uses your own OAuth credentials, stored securely in your operating system's keychain. My Claude does not store or transmit your credentials to any third party. The API connection is made directly between your machine and Anthropic's servers.

Optional notification services

If you choose to enable WhatsApp or Telegram notifications, My Claude will send messages through those platforms using credentials you configure. These connections are optional and entirely under your control. No notification data is stored or processed by IMRE Software.

Website cookies

The myclaude.app marketing website uses cookies. We only set analytics cookies after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner. You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.
