My Claude is a free, open source desktop application distributed under the MIT license. By using My Claude, you agree to the following terms.

License

My Claude is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the software, subject to the conditions of the MIT License. The full license text is available in the project repository.

Provided as-is

My Claude is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. The authors are not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.

Not affiliated with Anthropic

My Claude is an independent, community-built tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Anthropic, PBC. "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of Anthropic. My Claude interacts with the Anthropic API using your own credentials and is subject to Anthropic's terms of service.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your use of My Claude and for ensuring that your use complies with Anthropic's terms of service and acceptable use policies. You are responsible for securing your own credentials and API access.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the project repository and on this page. Continued use of My Claude after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
